Loading history
Each point is one day; gaps are not joined. Means use recorded past days and exclude unfinished days. Historical daily mean heart rate is unavailable; seven-day HRV and resting HR are in physiological weather above.
Historical exports use local source priority to remove duplicates. Unequal tied sources and overlapping sleep records remain blank. Recent records use the Google Health reconciled stream, replacing export records. Activity follows Taipei dates; sleep follows waking dates; nighttime measures retain provider dates.
How to read these numbers
Only recorded observations count
Steps, distance and active energy are totals of recorded observations. Today’s values stop at the data update. Missing or conflicting records stay blank; missing periods are not estimated.
Heart rate: today’s summary
Only one mean of today’s recorded heart rate is shown. There is no heart-rate curve, past date, minimum, maximum. It does not represent a complete 24 hours.
Sleep and health metrics have their own dates
Time asleep is assigned to the waking date. Oxygen saturation, respiration and skin temperature retain the provider’s daily dates; they are not live measurements.
A daily record, without diagnosis
Skin temperature is shown as a difference from a personal baseline, not core body temperature. Wear, device and algorithms can affect the data. This page provides no diagnosis or health score.
Sources and calculations
The source is the reconciled Google Health API stream. Activity is split by Asia/Taipei dates; only non-overlapping intervals are summed. Distance is converted from millimeters to kilometers. Time asleep uses minutesAsleep from processed sleep records; overlap or inconsistency leaves a blank. Today’s heart rate equally weights unique valid seconds, rounds to an integer and is fixed once per day. Insufficient records yield no mean. Raw records, precise times, location, account and device details are not sent to this page.
This page uses seven days of collected records, without artificial values. Means include only dates with usable values; activity means exclude today and all partial days. A recorded day is not necessarily a full day of wear.
