Structural observation (example, to be filled in during weeks 1–2):The mature C-terminal domain usually has high, reliable pLDDT; the N-terminal prodomain and linker regions often show long low-confidence stretches, which mostly correspond to regions that are inherently disordered or only take shape once a ligand is bound. A low score does not equal model failure, so keep interpretation open.
